Hello Amazon Associates,

I have kept an aStore open as an Amazon Associate under the name "Lamplighter Books" since 2010 using the following login name: joshbryroymscdph but have not updated the contents of its pages because I AM locked out, due to lost password, and was unable to reset it. So I opened a new account as an Amazon Associate on 12/23/16, with the intention of transferring all titles from "Lamplighter Books" aStore to a new one, but I was unable to populate it with book titles due to forgotten knowledge about to insert the HTML into aStore template I set up for "Sign of the Lantern Books" so it remains blank. So, I started shifting book titles to an Internal Illumination blog I have published since 2013 known as "Lantern of the Hermit." I have re-introduced my Featured Book Selection by Manly P. Hall:  The Secret Teachings of All Ages in the popular Reader's Edition, which I offered via my Joseph H. Bryan-Royster, Ph.D. Web site at Google Sites for the past several years. Then I added the paperback edition from the "Lamplighter Books" aStore to begin process of transferring nearly 500 book titles to " Sign of the Lantern Books" page on said Google Site, adding 6 more books from it to the page,  introducing them in a blog post on 12/30/16 at Lantern of the Hermit. I have been a member of the Amazon Associates program since 1999 with the login name joshbryroymscdph and had I been able to access the "Lamplighter Books" aStore with a new password, I am certain that all 500 titles would be moved by now and accessible via my blog. I also had Google AdSense ready to go and was about to have book titles advertised through Facebook as well. However, you have chosen to deny my application after accepting it. Would it be possible for you to issue me a new password to access the "Lamplighter Books" aStore, so I may remove the book titles and close it? Then, as I already am an Amazon Associate since 1999 with the joshbryroymscdph login name I will continue transferring these titles using an offline page until they may be posted live in "Sign of the Lantern Books." I never had a problem with the following issue before:

- Lack of content which is original to your site and beneficial to your visitors
- Pages that are mainly empty when advertisement content is removed

I see this situation as the result of obstruction from entry into my original Amazon Associates account due a lost password and my inability to obtain a new one to access it. In my opinion, the metaphysical books are beneficial to my visitors and my understanding about Amazon Associates is that it is an avenue for re-selling published books offered through Amazon. com on Amazon Associate sites and I do have the text for original lectures given at International Metaphysical Ministry conventions published on my Web site at Google:

However, I did not see how they fit into marketing books as an Amazon Associate. So, I rest my case. Please seek a way for us to build a bridge beyond this commercial disconnect, and re-activate my joshbryroymscdph Amazon Associates account I have had since 1999.

This is absurd and totally unacceptable! I had a selection of over 500 Applied Metaphysics, Esoteric Knowledge, and New Thought Book Titles on the site in 2010 that were offered in Association with Amazon.com. I did not receive notification that my original Amazon Associates ID was no longer valid, nor was I aware that "Lack of content which is original to your site and beneficial to your visitors" or "Pages that are mainly empty when advertisement content is removed" were issues when I was selling books through the Amazon Associates Program between 1999 - 2010. Without a bridge of co-operation, I don't see a way to work with Amazon.com or purchase products from this company... ~ JDHWB-R
