The Fix the World Organization (FTW) is a services business for humanitarian projects. We have been developing a Quantum Energy Generator (QEG) as our pilot project to distribute to the world. The building of the QEG prototype was crowdfunded by hundreds of people that support this work. Now that the QEG is here, we have prepared this document to provide information and historical education on some important concepts around the QEG and to disclose our plans for distribution.
FTW intends to foster the development of Cottage Industry Community Units (CICU) for the production and distribution of QEG’s. To do this we will offer our consulting services for startup training programs and sponsorship programs. FTW will be manufacturing a limited number of QEG’s for sale to finance the creation of our CICU start-up trainings. FTW does not intend to be the sole manufacturer of the QEG, rather it is our top priority to put the QEG in the hands of the people and teach others how to make QEG’s for themselves.
The Quantum Electric Generator system (QEG) is an adaptation of one of Nikola Tesla’s many patented electrical generator / dynamo / alternator designs. The particular patent referenced is No. 390,414, titled Dynamo-Electric Machine, and dated October 2, 1888.
The QEG prototype is scaled to produce electrical power in the range of 10-15 kW (kilowatts) continuously, and can be wired to provide either 120 Volt or 230-240 Volt single phase output. We are also planning future designs to provide 3-phase power.
Service life of the device is limited only by certain replaceable components, such as bearings, v-belts, and capacitors. The basic machine should operate trouble-free (with minimal maintenance) for as long as any good quality electro-mechanical appliance, such as a quality washing machine or refrigerator. Heavy-duty mechanical components are used throughout for reliability.
The QEG is not a complicated device, as it is designed (like Tesla’s other ‘discoveries’), to work in harmony with natural laws, rather than with the power-wasting symmetric motor and generator designs used in today’s mainstream industry.
An effective way to understand the operating principle of the QEG is to think of it as a high-powered, self-resonant oscillator (what used to be called a ‘multivibrator’), adapted to transform high-voltage pulses (15 to 25kV) into line voltage AC output, at current levels up to 120A. In today’s alternative energy terminology, it would be a type of resonance machine.
The circuitry that develops high power in this device is really based on an existing but under-utilized power oscillator configuration, however, the ‘quantum’ part of the design has to do with how the generator is started. Conventional alternators (AC generators) usually have a device called an ‘exciter coil’. This coil is usually a smaller, separate rotor winding that provides an AC voltage that is rectified and used to power the generator’s field coil(s).
In the QEG, there is no internal common exciter coil. In addition, to look at the circuit diagram, it is not apparent where the input power comes from to start resonance, and this is key; the QEG exciter coil is external to the generator, and the excitation signal is conducted through the quantum field (zero point) into the generator core, to start oscillation. Once the machine builds up to the resonant frequency, it powers itself (is self-running).

PATENTS
The QEG is a modern day artistic improvement on Tesla’s original engineering artwork, The Dynamo-Electric Machine, registered with the United States Patent Office #390414, and in the public domain.
The lifespan of design patents extend to 14 years, starting from the date of application rather than the date of approval. Patents protect the rights of the inventor, but at the same time the very purpose of issuing patents is to ‘promote science and useful arts’ wherein the inventor agrees to share the knowledge to the world after a period of exclusive right to commercially exploit the knowledge. Therefore, the inventor retains monopoly over the invention during the pendency of the patent. After expiry, the knowledge becomes public domain that anyone can access and use. The government makes public the description of the product, filed at the time of application. The inventor no longer has exclusive rights over the knowledge or invention, and anyone can access the patent office records and copy the invention.
The main content and claims of Tesla’s patents were recorded back in the late 1800s, therefore all main claims and or any improvements to rise around the original patented idea are in public domain.
The QEG is to be considered an improvement to a prior granted art. Therefore, the QEG must not be considered of enough grounds to obtain the granting of a unique art as is the granting of a patent anywhere on planet earth.
Furthermore, an improvement based on newer advanced technology to run, operate, or control the prior granted art should be classified also as non-patentable intellectual art.
The QEG, its blueprints, and user manual in its original entirety are to be considered new means for operating the prior granted art and based on the research and development of James M. Robitaille, Advanced Engineering Artist, FTW Organization, whose purpose and intention is to freely disclose it, open-source it, and share it with the world as Nikola Tesla intended.

IMPORTANT HISTORY AND BACKGROUND
TESLA, EDISON, and JP MORGAN
Nikola Tesla, (1856 -1943) was a trained electrical and mechanical engineer and one of the most influential inventors of the 20th century. Eventually holding over 700 patents, Tesla worked in a number of fields, including electricity, robotics, radar, and wireless transmission of energy. Tesla’s discoveries laid the groundwork for many of the 20th century’s technological advances. He is also known as the Father of AC Current, Father of the Radio, and The Man Who Invented the 20th Century.
In 1897 Nikola Tesla was involved in a DC vs. AC current war with Thomas Edison. Tesla was financially backed by Westinghouse to promote AC current, and Edison was financially backed by J.P. Morgan to promote DC current. AC current won the war and is still used to this day.
While Tesla’s AC current was only one of his many inventions, his true passion was to bring a source of energy to the world that would be freely available to everyone. However, J.P. Morgan told Tesla “If I can’t put a meter on it, it will never happen!” From that day forward, many of Tesla’s inventions, which were nonpolluting, worked according to the laws of nature and were intended for the benefit of humanity, would be stolen, suppressed, marginalized and removed from the public eye due to the financial interests of banking families such as J.P. Morgan and Rockefeller. Many of the inventions we all use today would not exist if it wasn’t for Tesla’s work. Many, such as Edison and Marconi, have stolen Tesla’s work and taken the credit.

MAXWELL, EDISON, JP MORGAN AND THE LAWS OF PHYSICS
James Clerk Maxwell FRS FRSE (1831–1879) was a Scottish mathematical physicist. His most prominent achievement was to formulate a set of equations that describe electricity, magnetism, and optics as manifestations of the same phenomenon, namely the electromagnetic field. His discoveries helped usher in the era of modern physics, laying the foundation for such fields as special relativity and quantum mechanics.
In his ORIGINAL work: The Dynamical Theory of the Electromagnetic Field, Maxwell identified two separate systems, both of which were completely different from each other:
1) Asymmetrical system – an ‘open’ system that allows the creation of a series of exchange of energy reaction to our inputs, based on electromagnetic resonance or electromagnetic feedback in every spin (on a motor), or in every pulse of input in a static coil. One of the first asymmetrical motors was Faraday’s ‘Unipolar Motor,’ later modified by Nikola Tesla. These systems generate their own energy and do not require fossil fuels.
2) Symmetrical system – a ‘closed’ system that cancels the electromagnetic resonance with every spin, which creates wasted energy in excessive heat and requires an additional energy source to run such as fossil fuels. These are the “symmetrical obsolete systems” we use every day in all of our electrical appliances.
One year after Maxwell’s death in 1879, scientists Hendrick Lorentz financed by J.P. Morgan and Thomas Edison, mutilated Maxwell’s original work and spent the next two decades deleting all knowledge of asymmetrical systems that would not require the profitable oil industry to operate. They ‘symmetrized’ all of Maxwell’s equations, and labeled these incomplete theories as the “Laws of Physics”. While the laws of physics do indeed apply to symmetrical closed systems of energy, there is another set of laws: The Laws of Nature, which apply to the asymmetrical systems that have been suppressed by the financial interests of the banking families for the last 130 years.
This knowledge was banned from our educational system, and no physics or electrical engineering school on our planet would ever teach about asymmetrical systems. Instead, the first and second laws of thermodynamics, which depend on the consumption of profitable fossil fuels, would conveniently prevail in our public knowledge base.
The QEG is an asymmetrical open system that operates according the laws of nature. It does not go against the laws of physics as these only apply to a closed symmetrical system.

THE FLIGHT OF THE BUMBLEBEE AND THE LAWS OF NATURE
The laws of physics tell us that perpetual motion is not possible, yet how does the earth rotate? The laws of aerodynamics tell us that bumblebees are incapable of flight, yet how do they fly?
Conventional scientists from all over the world will make statements such as: “The claim that this is going to run permanently or indefinitely doesn’t seem to hold because the second law of thermodynamics tells us that this is not possible.”
Around the turn-of-the-century eminent British scientist Lord Kelvin said “Radio has no future, heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible, and x-rays are a hoax” – so much for conventional science.
The laws of nature contain concepts that focus on frequency, resonation, vibration, magnetics and energy. A perfect example of this can be found in the aerodynamics-law-breaking flight of the bumblebee.
Ralph Ring is an innovative technician who worked with Otis T. Carr, a direct apprentice of Nikola Tesla. In his presentation at the Breakthrough Energy Movement Conference, Mr. Ring gives an amazing explanation of the flight of the bumblebee:
“Next to the larynx in the bumblebees throat, there is a tiny hollow tube that acts as a resonance cavity that accumulates frequency. When the bee starts beating its wings, it does this to accumulate frequency which bounces back and forth in the resonator cavity until it reaches the same frequency of the earth, known as the Schumann frequency. Once the bee reaches the same frequency as its surroundings it evens out into what is known as zero point. When anything reaches zero point you can then change the energy. The bee is now free from the gravitational influence around it, creates its own little magnetic bubble and hovers around. There are some lizards and hummingbirds that do the same thing.”
This is how the laws of nature work. When you can tune something to vibrate at the same frequency as the earth and reach zero point, you are freed from the frequency influence of your environment and can then change the energy into anything you want including levitation or electrical energy.
This is how the QEG works: Teslas design causes it to resonate so that it matches the frequency of the earth, and in zero point it changes the energy into self-renewing electrical energy.

GOVERNMENT FUNDED RESEARCH AND HIGHER EDUCATION
Most of the main stream scientific research and higher education systems today are funded by government grants and corporate interests. Such funding comes with a set of rules and regulations that must be followed in order to continue to receive that funding, even if the rules are unreasonable.
Some examples:
Harold Ashburton has an honors degree in engineering from Cambridge University and is also the retired head of IBM’s European patent division. When presented with undeniable proof of a perpetual motion machine designed by John Searl he made the following statement:
“The government doesn’t know about this work because the government only knows what their advisers tell them. Their advisers get money from the government and they want to keep getting the grants so they’re not giving the advice they should from matters like this.”
Ralph Ring was a laboratory technician in a government-funded research and development laboratory in Costa Mesa, California. His job was to fire an electron through a magnetic field without deflection, and to do it the way they told him to do it. He was employed to repeat this experiment every day, which always failed, at a cost of $10,000 per day paid for by a government grant. He went home and replicated the experiment using the laws of nature and the experiment was successful. The next day he took his results to the head of the Department of Advanced Kinetics, Dr. Weinhart, who gave the following response:
“I see what you’re doing there and I do understand, but Ralph what you don’t understand is that this is a government-funded lab, and we are paid to look for answers, but not find them. Just go back to work and don’t say anything to the engineers. This is not to be talked about at all.”
Unless the political and financial structure dramatically changes, a device like the QEG might not be supported by any individuals, companies, or organizations that rely on government funding to operate. Before introducing the QEG to any of these facilities, it is important to first identify their funding source and any associated barriers to acceptance.

A Machine to Die For; The Quest For Free Energy
US PATENT OFFICE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM
The U.S. Patent Office has a nine-member committee that screens patents in order to protect “national security”. Another purpose of this committee is to also find and remove from public access energy-related patents which could threaten the fossil fuel and power monopolies. Anytime someone applies for a patent, it goes through this screening process, if the device has anything to do with the production of “free energy” they classify it, confiscate it, conceal it in a vault and forbid the inventor to reproduce it.
In the documentary film titled, A Machine to Die For; The Quest For Free Energy, an ex-secret service agent assigned to electronic intelligence (whose identity was concealed) made the following statement:
“If you’re an idiot and try to go an patent your device, you’ve given them all your information on where you are and how to find you, and they will try to find some legal mechanism to close you down.”
One of many examples is Norman Watan, a free energy inventor who has come up against the patent office of America. His statement:
“In December 1994 we presented to the world a device known as the MRA which produces more output energy than the energy necessary to drive the circuit. It has been independently tested and verified by six different agencies with the final output figures being 256 times more energy out than energy in. This information was provided through the national security agency, who we strongly suspect, at the 11th hour caused the patent to be denied at the patent office and rejected with no explanation as to the reason for rejection.”

BARRIERS TO MARKET ENTRY
SUPPRESSION FROM COMPETING INTERESTS - as highlighted in the sections “TESLA, EDISON, JP MORGAN”, “MAXWELL, EDISON, JP MORGAN AND THE LAWS OF PHYSICS” “GOVERNMENT FUNDED RESEARCH AND HIGHER EDUCATION” and “US PATENT OFFICE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM”
BELIEF SYSTEM – Since the knowledge of asymmetrical systems was banned from our educational system, society has been trained to believe that such a concept is not possible, and tends to disregard ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking.
FINANCIAL CONTROL - Many inventors cannot obtain the financial resources necessary to get their invention developed. In most cases, where financial backing is offered, it is in exchange for complete control over the project, which most inventors will not agree to.
LACK OF PROOF OF PRINCIPLE- Proof of Principle constitutes a working prototype or plans that, when developed according to specifications, will result in a working prototype. Many inventions turn out to be just theories and not hardware. Unfortunately, there are some who take advantage of this and will scam investors, which creates a negative reputation around the entire free energy movement making it more difficult for legitimate inventors to succeed.
PARANOIA, GREED, SECRECY – Perhaps the most common, and biggest barriers of all. Most failures of getting a free energy device to market can be traced back to these three character traits exhibited by many inventors:
1. Paranoia – fear of retaliation or suppression from unknown sources
2. Greed – the desire to personally make millions from an unproven technology
3. Secrecy – fear their technology would be taken from them and they would receive little or no recognition or financial compensation for all their efforts
AREAS TO AVOID DURING QEG PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION
The following are some of the top areas that FTW highly suggests avoiding while producing and distributing the QEG. It has been our experience that these areas will not only make things more difficult, they can kill your QEG production project before it even begins. We provide our suggestions on the correct way to produce and distribute the QEG in later sections.
GREED
It is easy to become overwhelmed by the fantasy of making millions. Greed is a trap common to inventors. The moment you succumb to greed, it can curse your success. We have seen this way too many times with inventors. Don’t do it!
ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A ‘STUPID PROFIT’
Earning a profit from producing and selling a QEG can be expected and is encouraged. Profit is not a bad thing as long as it is part of healthy and natural economic growth and does not harm others. However, there is such a thing as ‘stupid profit,’ which can best be defined as the boundary crossed when it is no longer profit as a sign of healthy growth, but profit AT THE EXPENSE OF ANOTHER.
PATENTING OR ATTEMPTING TO CLAIM SOLE OWNERSHIP OF THE QEG – as mentioned in the patent section, the QEG cannot be patented because it has already been patented by Tesla, is in the public domain, and belongs to THE PEOPLE. If you attempt to patent the QEG, it is likely that you will suffer the same fate as the other 6,000 patents per year that are confiscated by the patent office as mentioned in the section “US PATENT OFFICE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM”.
MARKETING THE QEG THROUGH MAINSTREAM MEDIA – Most of the thousands of mainstream networks (tv, print, entertainment) are owned by 6 corporations with conflicting interests,and many of them will not promote or report on the QEG. If by chance they did, it could possibly turn into a smear campaign in an effort to discredit the QEG, and protect the financial interests of the banking families that control the media.
ATTEMPTING TO CONTROL, FORCE, CHANGE, OR CUT CORNERS DURING QEG PRODUCTION – the QEG design is based on the laws of nature. When you try to control or force nature, she will not budge. Likewise, any form of manipulation of the QEG production could easily put the design out of its alignment with the laws of nature, and then the QEG won’t work.
MASS PRODUCTION IN A LARGE CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT – While it is very possible that this will be obtainable at some point in the future, there is a transition process that first needs to occur while QEGs are phased into society. This is best done through a small, direct cottage industry distribution network. At present, a large corporate environment may have too many restrictions and conflicting interests for the successful reproduction and distribution of QEG’s. The same can be said for attempting to produce the QEG in a government-funded facility.
DEPENDING ON A SINGLE FUNDER FOR QEG PRODUCTION – If at all possible, try to obtain a variety of financial supporters for the production of QEG’s in your area. Better yet, crowdfund it. Having one single funder who provides all the money leaves your QEG project vulnerable as that funder can change their mind, back out and kill the project in one fell swoop.

LOCAL COTTAGE INDUSTRY PRODUCTION AND MYCELLINE DISTRIBUTION

A cottage industry is an industry—primarily manufacturing—which includes many producers, working from their homes, typically part-time. Before the Industrial Revolution which eventually led to the state of centralized corporate manufacturing we live with today, most industries were cottage industries. The term originally referred to home workers who were engaged in a task such as sewing, lace-making, wall hangings or household manufacturing. Business operators would travel around buying raw materials and deliver them to people who would work on them, and then collect the finished goods to sell, or ship to another market.
The use of the term has expanded and is used to refer to any event which allows a large number of people to work part-time. For example, eBay is said to have spawned a cottage industry of people who buy surplus merchandise, and sell it on their auction system.
A CICU for QEG production would need a business operator who could order raw materials to be delivered to the engineers that could work on assembling them in a local workshop or warehouse. Then, the business operator could sell the QEG’s to community members, and have them hand delivered and installed in homes or businesses by local QEG-trained electricians. This concept can be replicated in communities around the world.
Not only does this method provide QEG’s directly to the people, but it creates jobs, improves the local economy, restores the lost art of creativity and craftsmanship, and literally removes the ‘power’ from the corporations and gives it back to the people.
Mycelline Disribution is a term FTW is using to describe the way in which multiple cottage industry community units can connect around the globe. Mycelline refers to mycelium, which is the network of mushroom roots that grow beneath the surface. The knowledge of the existence of the QEG and the ability to create a cottage industry unit for its production and distribution in your community will spread by word of mouth, social media and “underground”, just like the mycelium. QEG’s, made by the people in their local communities will pop up everywhere from the network, just like mushrooms.
It is also worthy to mention that the primary role of fungi in an ecosystem is to decompose petroleum products and remove pollutants from the soil in a process known as bioremediation. This is perfect symbolism for bioremediation of the pollution caused by the big energy companies, as the QEG network decomposes and helps to phase out the petroleum industry.

FTW GIVE BACK POLICY PROPOSAL
FTW is a services organization for humanitarian projects. The launch of QEG distribution is our pilot project. We currently have over 60 humanitarian projects collected that we would like to implement in the future. For example, one of our next intended projects includes amazing discoveries in healing that could cure people of terminal ‘incurable’ illnesses.
We have created a New Paradigm Business Model under which we choose to operate. Part of this model is a profit structure that flows according the laws of nature, and is based on givebacks and sharing. In nature there are stagnant ponds with only an inlet and no outlet, and living lakes that have an inlet and an outlet. An inflow and outflow of cash must be present in order for your project to be as alive and thriving as a living lake, and not a cesspool of a stagnant pond.
As FTW is openly sharing the QEG with the world, we would ask for those who benefit from this amazing contribution to humanity to give back to the FTW organization to help us launch our next amazing contribution to humanity.
A ‘Give Back’ is an agreed upon, ongoing endowment made to FTW from the future profits of CICU QEG production and distribution. A Give Back Agreement can be negotiated between FTW and any CICU in an amount that is comfortable for all. Part of this agreement includes a ‘pay-it-forward’ clause, which is a promise to create a sustainable benefit to others made possible by the CICU for their community, and FTW for using the give backs to support the funding of other projects that can be brought to the community in the future.

This is a system of positive energy flow. The QEG benefactors give to FTW, who then give to other communities, who then give back to the QEG benefactors. In these agreements everyone wins. This will maintain the sacred energy of giving, which in turn brings about receiving, which restores the healthy flow that has been cut off from our society for so long. This is how we can all become living lakes.
There will also be a shareware notice on the open sourced documents requesting the reader make a donation to FTW in appreciation for the sharing of QEG.
SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS AND CROWDFUNDING
One QEG cost several thousand dollars to build, and will probably cost several thousand dollars to purchase when including a reasonable profit margin. While a one-time purchase of several thousand dollars is certainly economical when compared to a lifetime of utility bills, not everyone can afford this. For this reason FTW, would like to encourage the creation of sponsorship programs. Many wealthy individuals will be interested in purchasing a QEG for themselves, and CICU’s can offer incentives to these individuals to sponsor the cost of one or more QEG’s to be donated to a community or individual that cannot afford them.
Another alternative is crowdfunding. Any individual, business, or community can raise funds to purchase a QEG through crowdfunding platforms like gofundme or indegogo.
START UP TRAINING PROGRAMS
Wherever possible, FTW would like to offer our consulting services in person to assist in CICU startups around the world. Initially, FTW will be manufacturing a limited number of QEG’s for sale to finance the creation of our CICU start-up trainings. FTW does not intend to be the sole manufacturer of the QEG, rather it is our top priority to put the QEG in the hands of the people and teach others how to make QEGs for themselves.
- On-site, hands-on training of engineers and business operators involved in local QEG production given by the Engineering Artist James Robitaille and HopeGirl. Learn how to assemble your QEGs to ensure that they work properly, and learn how to effectively sell them, distribute them, install them, and service them. Also, learn how to create sponsorship programs and crowdfunding campaigns to make them more affordable to members of your community.
We also intend to hold future train-the-trainer sessions to teach others how to conduct their own CICU start-up training.
Below are some of the first things you’ll need to start up your own CICU for QEG production. (These needs may change and grow as the program rolls out.)
- Funding to purchase materials, pay engineers, buy tools etc. Communities can pool their resources.
- A workshop, garage or warehouse to produce QEG’s. Some place with adequate privacy would work best.
- One or more designated business operators to manage the CICU.
- A small team of skilled engineers (one or two) who are willing to build them. Check Keelynet.com or other sources to find a string of engineers who understand these ‘new’ laws of physics, who have dedicated their lives for just the opportunity to do something like this.
- A supplier to cut the core parts to spec. (laser precision cutting of steel). FTW can give you some leads.
- A toroidal-winding machine or service that can do a custom winding job for a large core.
- A small network of electricians that can be trained to install and deliver QEGs (relatively simple process)
- A generator converter switch to hook up to the main power supply of the house.
- A network to communicate with your customer base. This will spread by word of mouth and by social media. It will not be advertised or marketed on main stream anything.
- A policy of some sort according to your own community guidelines for returns or product servicing.
