Q: What is an exchange system?
A: It’s an online platform to add your value, trade and
exchange your services or value with ION‘s (I-OPEEN currency) with other
people.
Q: Who owns it?
A: The people of this planet are collectively the
owner/operators of the I-OPEEN value exchange system. No CEO, no diluted
shares, no ownership by a corporation, it cannot be bought, traded or sold.
Basically, the more people use the system, the stronger it will be, for the
benefit of all.
Q: How can I trust the system.
A: The real strength in this system is the people and their
infinite value which they exchange with each other. The people are the system.
It is up to you to trust each individual and use your own sense of intuition
and judgement and of course trust yourself.
Q: So who is driving the system
A: The international community is driving the system. The
people are the system.
Q: Is there a fee to use the system?
A: No fees to join, no transaction fees, no middle men or
banking agents taking a percentage.
Q: How can transactions with people be regulated?
A: You are the value, you are fully liable and responsible
for what you do with your value. The system is just a platform to connect you
with other people, P2P (peer to peer).
Q: What’s P2P (Peer to Peer or People to People)
A: It’s a simple way to describe the exchange between you
and another person directly. Also known as Peer to Peer or People to People.
Q: Where is my information kept?
A: On a secure, encrypted server by an Oath & Bonded
Public Servant of the One People. Your ID is stored securely, with regular
backup. The only reason we need it, is to check for duplicates. Your
information is kept private and will never be shared with anyone else. Via the
internet we recommend using email with https / ssl. The type of storage is
secure on a linux encrypted home directory.
Q: Who is carrying the 100% personal liability and
accountability for this security?

declaration to serve the One People of the planet.
Q: Do I have to file a DOB / DOV?
A: No, the DOB /DOV is in the concept development stage of
I-OPEEN. It will become your free will choice to file the DOB / DOV when it is
launched. At this present time, they are provided as examples only. In the
future, your Declaration of Being will be signed by you. An example is here:

Q: Where do I email my documents?
A: eMail a scan or a clear photo of the signed documents to
this email with your “login name” in the Subject header : iopeen@zoho.com
Q: What if a trade or an exchange goes wrong and the other
person turns out to have mislead me.
A: You are fully liable and responsible for every trade,
email correspondence, word and currency exchanged whilst using the platform.
Q: Is it lawful?
A: Yes, it is operating for your benefit under Common Law.
I-OPEEN is purely a tool to help you add, store and exchange some of your
value.
Q: Is the software stable?
A: Yes, it is based on Cyclos.org tried and tested software.
It has been used successfully in building community based currency and exchange
systems all over the world.
Q: Do you have an example?
A: Yes, take a look at the Brixton Pound - they also printed
their own notes equal in value to the British Sterling note. 10 pounds stirling

Q: Is it mobile and does it work in different languages?
A: Yes, Cyclos has an SMS / WAP Smart phone mobile
application. Cyclos is currently available in English, German, Spanish,
Portuguese, French, Russian, Greek, Chinese, Czech, Japanese and Dutch.

A: Cyclos can be accessed via different channels (e.g Web

Q. What is the URL for the Cyclos/I-OPEEN Server?
Q: So, I receive BEing points in my account just for being
me?
A: Each new member activated is initially credited with
2,000 IONS of your value. Everyday you
are credited with 100 IONS for just BEing Value.
Q: What’s an ION and what is it’s value?
A: I-OPEEN’s unit of currency is called the ION. It is
suggested, that all transactions with all other communities and with existing
FIAT NATIONAL currencies (which are only representations of our value) be on a:
1 UNIT to 1 UNIT exchange (1:1)
Q: Where did the name ION come from?
A: an ION = a unit of energy, so we are trading our energy,
this is our value. It’s your current… see?
Q: Can I go into negative balance?
A: No, everyone starts with 2000 ION’s, and receives a daily
amount of 100 ION’s. You can file your DOV if you want more ION’s, no need to
go into the negative ION’s. Keep it positive.
Q: What’s the ION limit I can add to my account?
A: The limit is set to 5 billion ION’s. However adding value
to your account can only be done by joining (2,000 IONs + 100 BEing points
everyday) or making / placing an Ad and trading with another person. YOU are
ACCOUNTABLE for your own creations as long as YOU AND YOUR CREATION HARMS NO
OTHER BEINGS.
Q: What if I-OPEEN is not for me?
A: If I-OPEEN does not meet your needs, you can close your
account at any time.
Q: Does my name need to be written in full at registration.
A: Yes, Using your FULL NAME as it is on your valid photo
I.D. If you cannot provide a match your account will not be activated.
Q: I just registered but can’t login. It says ‘access
denied’.
A: Yes, you register now, please keep a record of your user
name and password you used to register. You can login and use your account when
your I.D. has been cross-checked (for your own safety). Please be patient as
this admin is being done by hand by one person. Let’s give him our support by
being patient.
