How to Live by the Golden Rule Accountability Training for Living in Community with Others

There is only One Life in the Universe, originating from the primal First Cause. Our Source refracted into multi-dimensional Aspects to experience himself/herself in a variety of ways through individuated soul vehicles. By choosing descent into material forms our Source created the ultimate game of hide and seek, and soon became lost in the illusion. More souls refracted and entered the material plane, some for the purpose of extracting those first ones from entrapment due to ignorance. They too, were lost in it. This game of life came to be a substitute for the true reality. Those who played soon forgot their origin as Aspects of the One Life who chose to refract into the many. Separation had eclipsed Unity. Throughout the aeons of time in three-dimensional space, messengers chose to illuminate the path of return for all who are willing to ascend and reclaim their cosmic birthright. We are all One Life, unified at the heart center with Source. Silence the mind and experience true peace and joy through the practice of mystical meditation regularly. This is the key... I held this class in the Octagon upstairs at the Sirius Community Center for Ann Marie, Nick, and Rich (participants in session 4 of our 2017 Immersion Program). I introduced the concept of Life in third density as a "Refraction Experiment" whereas One Life (Source) is separated into aspects with each one having to find his/her way back into original Unity through a Veil of collective amnesia. A definition of Namaste' is: "The I AM in You is the same I AM in me," or articulated in another way, this means "I AM another Yourself." ~ JDHWB-R

Randy’s elbow council has been appointed, Steve McGrath. RKB and McGrath are working closely together and our team is all working as support, research, and various “get it done” skills…
Randy and I have been having phone conversations, he says are very valuable to him. I can share with you that part of those conversations are about “news” I catch him up on. This touches on the different dots that are revealing themselves on a variety of different subjects and sources that are coming together painting the Truth as the curtain is drawn back and all is being revealed. Feeling and Seeing the ALL, Original Network Makes Itself known

This is one of those blog posts where I start writing and then delete everything and start over as it drifted off topic in a direction that is not where I wanted to head. I suppose that’s better than writer’s block.
Its been a wild experience the last two months dealing with what is clearly a political legal case. I’ve had to deal with emotions of seeing some of Randy’s friends doing some rather unexplainable things that did not help him. I had never conversed with Randy until I got to Knoxville. I was astonished at the inconsistencies and badly researched FBI data to the Grand Jury in Tennessee and the Special Agent testimony under oath where he spells his name two different ways in two different courts to obfuscate his identity. Shocked at the FBI (or perhaps prosecution?) feeding the Southern Poverty Law Center bogus information painting Heather as some champion of the Sovereign Citizen movement, which Heather has a long documented history of saying she does not believe that is the correct approach to what is wrong in this country. They keep trying to shove Randy and Heather into that box. Keep painting them with that label.
Heather hates nobody, has a Moroccan husband and 4 kids, and its the least prejudiced person I have ever met! While Fulford, and legions of bloggers and the Chinese Dragons attacked what they call “the Western Banking Cabal”… Heather has only ever sought to find solutions to close out this banking mess and experience in 3D separation consciousness in a peaceful manner so that everyone wins and moves on to a new world, literally heaven on earth, free of domination by ANY group.
Which begs the question why did they put Heather on a web site, which is used as “vetting source” as to authentic information by Google, a site devoted to exposing those who hate Jews and Blacks when Heather has no history of even hint of doing either? Someone really didn’t do their fact checking!
Are these bankers insane to punish the only one who truly can help them get out of the box canyon they put themselves into? I had to consider maybe for a moment maybe that was so. All their money magic and mechanics is not working. All their teams of cantors and incantors are not working. All their powerpoint presentations, power lunches with Ivanka and P2 lodges are not working. Not much of anything is going their way… Time for another choice of action? Doubling down on the old will not help them.
I couldn’t get over the feeling everything I was seeing was contrived on multiple levels, The riot in Virginia was so obviously staged and then blamed on the President. Janet Yellen’s phone call logs and meetings during all this. The FBI’s case is provably false and poorly researched and how it ever got past the Grand Jury I don’t even know, and even I can see that and I am no lawyer! When we decrypted the prosecution’s “discovery” DVD, there is no primary interviews with witnesses, only summaries by the FBI Special Agent. The FBI is noted for being detailed. Heather’s strange 30 days tour of Federal Prison System, while on “US Marshal Hold” (a kind of protective custody) was also something I did not yet understand. Heather has since related what she experienced there and what she saw and I now see why that occurred from a broader perspective.
We did manage to get Heather out of jail, Randy was not so fortunate as there is still an outstanding warrant for him on a traffic violation. Randy is honestly being treated like a terrorist. He’s the most peaceful guy and gentle man you could ever meet.
None of it adds up. None of it makes sense from the facts of the case. Those accounts are very real. They are in your name and Social Security number and that has been proven millions of times by now.
When Heather called me from Knoxville jail, I expressed my frustration that every thing looks contrived. Heather smiled, and said, yes, but ask the question “contrived by whom?” And she was referring to the ALL/Source of which we are all within.
A few days later over coffee at Starbucks, Heather was fuming over what she saw could happen to the prosecution and the FBI agent behind all this… she saw the very real potential for them all to be thrown under the bus buy the banking families. I replied “But Heather these are the people that sent you to prison for 30 days!”…. selfishly thinking of my frustration and others of keeping track of her during that time… so she didn’t disappear down some dark hole. She was actually quite protected we just didn’t know that and had no way of knowing that. How many people facing the charges she’s facing even consider the other side? Not many! Heather replied “They are all Source! It does not have to go that way!” The conversation continued that evening when we got back to the house. I agreed events do not have to go that way, but I also pointed out “what about all 99.95% of this planet that want this over?” She replied “Nobody gets left behind…”. I said “That’s what I love about you, even when I do not feel it at the moment!” I told her “I love that about you, as this can only be ended through love and no other way.”
Everything that has happened is to make THE ALL known…. that much is clear. How that happens depends on how we see the ALL. Will this case go all the way to trial? I don’t know. It doesn’t have to. Honestly right now I think those who rashly began this course of events with the courts don’t want it to go forward either. Even if the case were rammed though, it would not stand long. Its that full of holes. Which is good for us… in one view of looking at things… but still there is time to choose another path.
Are we the ALL? Do we feel that and see the ALL within everyone? Do we see every being as the Original they are? Even in those who appear on the surface to be enemies and seeking to put Heather and Randy away for 20 years? And those on the periphery of all this who may have fumbled along the way and made matters worse… for whatever motive are also Original Source. Everyone and everything mirrors us inside, nothing is separate from Source, all is Source. We are all inner-active.
What do we create? What do you create? We are at that moment.
We are noticing a great deal of open flights by the Secret Space Program. Lisa Harrison is reporting a lot of Galactic activity in Australia, Amateur astronomers are seeing crater bottoms opening on the moon and ships flying out. Exopolitics is reporting Secret Space Program day flights out of Florida as Hurricane Irma approached, and Denice is seeing a great deal of SSP flight activity in Texas from the dream state. Thor went into Russian prison concurrently with Heather and is now out and safely on an Andromedan ship, details of all that I don’t yet. Prison systems in the universe are coming down, and they are all connected in a frequency grid, there’s not a realm without them despite some of the “5D” propaganda that came out of the Sirians and other collectives.
What exactly happens next to just wrap things up I don’t know, but I do know its coming and it feels very very imminent. I am getting that. Heather’s getting that and so are many others.
I am feeling a tremendous bliss and joy coming from the ALL right now as the end of this experience, and beginning of new experience is in sight.
There are some things we can begin here to end this peacefully and in love, You, the Galactics, Universals, divines, and every being here and there, and the rest of the ALL will be moved to do your part whatever that may be. Its vital you listen to your heart NOW. To listen to the ALL. Feel it,
Nobody has to suffer, nobody has to be judged. Just how does ONE judge what is ONE? 1/1 is still ONE! Judgement presumes there is an other! Any Buddhist can tell you that much! No retribution has to happen for past deeds which occurred in what is truly an illusion of separation.
All that is required the courage to step out in love and act from the Heart as Source moves you. Its really that simple. You are all one. You are all Original, You are all Source. FEEL IT. BE IT.
Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. For some on this planet… even pain came be a comfortable friend if it reminds them they are alive, but there’s a much better way to live than that dystopic way of life! Dream big, dream wide!
This is the most important article I have ever written, and although the beginning portion of it is of a personal experience, you will see the importance it leads to. We have the power within us to take back our world, and remove all negativity from it. We are one with Gaia (Earth), and are literally part of each other, so any so called “natural disasters” can be affected and directed by our thoughts.
The “Space” In Between “Spaces”
We have been told for some time now that the New Earth is coming, yet we have all asked “well then where is it”? It has been in front of us the whole time, just existing on another plane (dimension). For many years as I have raised my vibrations, I have been able to see the “space” in between “spaces”. Meaning where others see only air, I see a ton of activity; beings mingling, ships, etc.
Many people may have noticed that things are beginning to disappear. I’m not talking about their friends/family, jobs or situations, I’m discussing little items here…like a cup, crystal, shirt, bar of soap, etc.
Small Items Disappearing Mysteriously
I have been perplexed as to why this has been happening, and have asked my Divine Twin before, where is it all going? The definition of a Divine Twin is on my site www.thetwinflameproject.com. Yet as I have learned in the past; I do not ask many questions, as this affects your vibration because the answers may not line up with our beliefs (which were all lies anyway). Causing our vibration to lower, or not to rise at all. Well she would tell me, “now is not the time, so don’t ask Fred”.
Yet as always, and another thing I have noticed is this; when the timing is right, the answers do come. We need to take and absorb things in stages. Well I have just found out where they are going, because just last night as I took my sweatshirt off to wash some dishes I said to her “don’t take this one”.
I said that because just last week one mysteriously disappeared from the house, never to be seen again. Well just then, she says to me “I’m not taking them Fred, your reality is changing now, and they are just in another dimension”.
Noticing Things That Were Not There Previously
It was then, everything that has been happening the last few weeks began to make sense. I walk the same areas daily, and for hours on end (I have been doing this for many years). Yet now I am noticing flowers or bushes that were not there the day before, and sometimes even in the same day on the return trip!
Sidewalks that were crumbling, were suddenly new, yet not recently fixed. I also noticed that the congestion was lower, as well as the noise. I have loud cars and many motorcycles in my area. Yet I suddenly realized that there were less people on the road, and rather than the louds cars, etc., I was hearing birds.
I then remembered an incident that happened a few weeks back, and again things were coming to light. I was out walking, when suddenly I could not stop myself from walking sideways. It was as if the Earth itself was tilting. So I asked Lucina (my Divine Twin), what is happening? She told me, your reality is shifting Fred, and soon you will begin to notice many differences.
Being In Two Places At Once
Flash forward a week or two later; I was at a family gathering, when towards the end of it, everyone began to mention how they saw police all day long. The reason is because no open bottles are allowed in a public park, and they were patrolling it…checking. Yet I saw none (not one), and said what police?
Just then the person sitting next to me started swiping at bugs, saying they were being bitten all day. Others around the table said the same thing. Yet not me though. Just then I felt as if something was biting my leg, and that in itself was unusual, because it has been years since I have been bitten. All conscious beings, insects included, know and can feel your vibrations as they rise into a love one. Insects only bite humans to wake them up!
I looked down and nothing was there. Again I asked my Divine Twin, what was happening. She said Fred, you are being shown you are in two worlds at once now. You are here experiencing this time with your family, yet still in the other world. No police, and no bugs biting.
We Create Our Own Experiences (Good or Bad)
There is a point to explaining all of this, and it is this. We need to take back our world now people, and we have heard for a long time that we create our own experience, yet I don’t think we ever quite grasped the seriousness of it.
Case in point, I just found out that the “Hurricane” in Texas, was devastating. Yet what I have experienced in the “other” world, was that it was downgraded to a tropical storm, and one that did little damage.
I also was under the impression, because I have been spending so much time there, that N. Korea who has been threatening the world all these years, backed down. The crazy man there now and before that his father, backed off with his tail between his legs. His bluff was called, and he ran like the coward he has always been.
Now I find out, that he sent missiles over Japan, and exploded another nuclear weapon, and now he is in a standoff with the USA.
Then when I thought about writing this article, just the attention I put on it was enough to push me back here into this reality only.
“Not In My World”
Planes that I haven’t seen for years, suddenly were back in the sky. That is very significant, as I am surrounded by 3 major airports. So since they are not high up and are on approach, they are very low. So the noise they make is always there too. Listen to a ballgame from Yankee Stadium or Citifield, as you’ll see what I mean. Plus I was hearing all the sound from cars, motorcycles, sirens etc., again.
It was when I started to think more and more about writing this, it was then that I realized I haven’t seen or heard them for a long time. I only see a beautiful blue sky with white puffy clouds now. I do see the small planes at times, because there are also local airports for them, yet never the jumbo jets.
It was then I realized the importance of focus, and honestly began to “Freak” out, because I love my peaceful world and wanted to go back, and suddenly I was thrown back into the chaotic one. So I asked my Divine Twin, what can I do?
She said Fred, it is not that your vibration has lowered (to that I thought, thank goodness), it is your focus that has changed. Just change that and they will go away. Well I did just that, and by not thinking about them or looking up to see if they were there, it got quiet again. Plus I was constantly repeating in my head “not in my world”.
My skies are now clear of the big planes, I even watched them disappear before my eyes. At first the noise was there although no plane, and now they are totally gone, noise and all. Yet because of the attention that the global collective is putting on N. Korea, and Texas, those have not.
The Reason We Are Here
So the key to seeing that New Earth, is focus. I’m not saying to be uncaring or not be compassionate to what is happening in Texas, and other parts of the world, yet don’t put your attention on it. Send it love and healing energy to those situations, and move on. Just say to yourself or others who try to pull you into their experience “Not in my world”. Then watch them disappear, maybe not right away, yet over time. Just say NO, not in my world!
The most important thing we can do, and the reason we are here, is to shine our individual light, on all…regardless of what we see. It is then the changes will not only happen for us, although for others as well. The timelines are splitting now, and soon the old 3d Earth, will spin off on its own, and the people who live in fear will continue to experience just that.
Then there will be the 5d one, this is the one I have seen for a long time (the empty space), and the one I am experiencing now. That is the Earth you want to be on. PS: Do not point out the changes as you experience them, as others will not see them and pull you out just by their negativity…so your vision will be blocked. Allow them to manifest and enjoy your world, soon enough they will be there too. Concentrate on shining your light. Think of the whole of humanity now, we are no longer in a duality society, where the individual was the focus. We are one species.
One more thing she has been playing “The Rose” by Bette Midler in my head for the whole time I have been thinking about writing this, and this is the reason why, as I know how all this works now. There is a line in the song that goes like this “It’s the dream afraid of waking, that never takes the chance”. What you see isn’t real everyone…wake up!
About the author: An Indigo child born in 1962, it was Fred’s mission to connect the two worlds (3d and 5d). He always felt “out of place” here, as if something was off and never conformed to it.
